Awake Overnight Residential Counselors:
WestBridge Community Services has 2 part time (30 hours) openings for Awake Overnight Residential Counselors. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a team-based work setting and who seek a job requiring organization, cleaning, creativity, and professionalism. Our overnight staff provide supervision and monitoring, as well maintain nightly cleaning duties, which ensure a safe-homelike environment for our participants. These staff work three 10-hour shifts, from 10 pm to 8 am.
Requirements:
High School Degree and experience in related field (Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling) with experience working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders; Ability and enjoyment of cleaning, Ability to work a flexible schedule (10 PM to 8 AM). Valid driver's license and transportation.

Chef (part time / 2 days a week):
This is a unique opportunity for a Chef who likes to show off their culinary expertise for an appreciative small group of individuals: a 20 bed residential program that treats men who experience mental illness and substance use disorders.
The part time Chef of the residential program will work under the direct supervision of the Chef and Program Director and with assistance and in collaboration with a nutritionist/consultant.
The part time Chef will ensure a proactive approach in their work, by offering high-quality foods, including heart-healthy entrées and snacks, in a positive manner. This follows the mission to create a warm and caring atmosphere.
Requirements:
Culinary Degree and/or equivalent experience working with and preparing high-quality food. An understanding of and ability to work with our residents is critical. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Serve Safe Certification a plus.

Nurse Practitioner:
The Nurse Practitioner provides residential & community-based nursing care and care management to individuals with dual diagnosis [psychiatry and addictions] and their families.
The Nurse Practitioner is an active member of the team, assisting in promoting/monitoring wellness & ensuring excellent care, as well as providing evidence-based therapies to our participants and families. This full-time position involves working an on-call schedule for emergencies.
Requirements:
The applicant must have a license in good standing. Experience in community/visiting nursing, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and/or medical/surgical nursing in addition to psychiatric nursing experience are a plus. Transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Psychiatrist:
The Psychiatrist provides direct care as a member of the multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team and Residential Treatment team. The Staff Psychiatrist works in conjunction with the Program Director to provide overall clinical leadership and responsibility for monitoring participant treatment, rehabilitation, and support services provided by the ACT and Residential Treatment teams, as well as supports the clinical supervision, education, and training of other team members. The Psychiatrist is expected to be able to effectively represent and communicate the WestBridge culture of being authentic, team-oriented, and participant-centered.
Requirements: Doctorate of Medicine, Board Certified in Psychiatry. Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida (or currently holder of a full license and eligible for Florida medical license); Demonstrated knowledge, clinical skills, and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse disorders; Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in the practice of community psychiatry; Willingness to support the philosophy and principles of the WestBridge recovery model; Demonstrated understanding of the Assertive Community Treatment model; Board certified/eligible in Addiction Psychiatry or American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) certified.

Mentors/Outreach Counselors - Part Time/Evenings/Weekends: Mentors act as part of the larger WestBridge Assertive Community Treatment team. The purpose of this position is to assist clients in making healthy and supportive community connections which will support sobriety, wellness, and overall health.
Under the direction of a multi-disciplinary team, the Mentor provides active and ongoing community-based outreach and support to individuals who experience severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. The Mentor performs a wide range of support activities including, but not limited to:
Support the Participant in maintaining a healthy environment
Communicate with treatment team nightly after each shift by email and attend regular supervision with WestBridge Staff
Assist in identifying community education needs
Build awareness of mental illness, recovery, and substance use disorders
Work schedule will vary to include weeknights and weekend nights.
Provide ongoing assessment of mental status and consults with WestBridge staff
Provide the participant access to their medications and monitor the Participants' self administration of medications
Assist in building support and relationships in the community
Develop strong and healthy contacts in the community, including area Peer Support Centers
Maintains compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Represent WestBridge Community Services in a healthy and positive manner
Portray a positive role-model in all aspects of care and interactions.

WestBridge has one full-time opening for a Residential Counselor 4 in our 12-bed, adult, male residential program in Manchester, NH. Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work Full Time in our 12-bed residential program serving men who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. This is a unique opportunity to work for a growing private company providing specialized dual-diagnosis treatment to individuals and families. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about health care, energetic, organized and experienced working in a team-based environment.
The successful candidate will work within the residential program milieu to provide a variety of nursing interventions including but not limited to helping participants learn about, organize, and self-administer prescribed medication, health and wellness education and monitoring, collaboration with outside medical providers, implementation of physicians’ orders, monitoring and recording of physical health information, and educating and supporting family members. As a member of the residential team, the nurse will work a combination of 1st and 2nd shifts and alternating weekends.
