Full Time Social Worker / Counselor - WestBridge Community Services is seeking to hire a full time social worker or counselor to join our dynamic, energetic team! The WestBridge Assertive Community Treatment team in Medford, MA provides evidence-based treatments including outreach, vocational rehab, CBT, and family therapies to individuals who experience severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. Requirements: Masters Degree, or Bachelors Degree with extensive experience with this population. The ideal candidate would have experience with Substance Use counseling, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT or PACT model) and treatment for co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. Flexibility, camaraderie, enthusiasm & a positive attitude crucial. LADC or CADC licensed or eligible preferred. Must have valid drivers lic. & transportation. Manchester, NH

Residential Counselor - WestBridge Community Services has one full-time opening for a Residential Counselor in our adult, male residential program in Manchester, NH. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a team-based work setting and who seeks a job requiring creativity, professionalism & strong communication skills. WestBridge staff members provide evidence-based intervention & support to participants. We utilize both a residential and community support model that provides individuals the opportunity to gain hope and build a life beyond illness. WestBridge is a private service offering state of the art, strength-based and family-focused treatment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field (Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling) with experience working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders; Ability to work a flexible schedule (working alternate weekends and varied days (7:30 am - 3:30 pm and evenings 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm... Not overnight); Valid driver's license and transportation.

Awake Overnight Residential Counselor - WestBridge Community Services has one 30 hour opening for an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor in our adult, male residential program in Manchester, NH. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a team-based work setting and who seeks a job requiring organization, creativity, professionalism & strong communication skills. WestBridge staff members provide evidence-based intervention & support to participants. We utilize both a residential and community support model that provides individuals the opportunity to gain hope and build a life beyond illness. Our overnight staff provide supervision and monitoring, as well as a safe-homelike environment for our participants.
Requirements:
Associates degree in related field (Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling) with experience working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders; Ability to work a flexible schedule (10 Pm to 8 AM, Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night); Valid driver's license and transportation.

WestBridge is a private service offering state of the art, strength-based and family-focused treatment.
Requirements:

Mentor - "Outreach Counselor" (part time) - The purpose of this position is to assist adult Participants to make healthy and supportive community connections which will support sobriety and overall wellness. The role of a Mentor is twofold: To establish a healthy, positive relationship which supports the Participants' Wellness Plan; and to be able to discern and adhere to the difference between a helping relationship versus a friendship (The Mentor is working in a helping relationship).  Mentors generally work evenings and weekends for a 4 hour shift, up to a maximum of 20 hours a week.  Experience working with adults who experience symptoms of mental illness and substance use disorders,  a personal cell phone, reliable transportation and an ability to email a brief note at end of shift are required.
